CareersNMore is committed to delivering high-quality online training and learning experiences. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be considered for our online training programs.

1. Nature of Online Training Services

All CareersNMore online training programs are intangible digital services, including:

• Live online sessions

• Recorded video content

• Downloadable learning materials

• Certification and mentoring programs

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon enrollment, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

2. No Return Policy

Since online training programs involve digital access and services, returns are not applicable once access to course content, live sessions, or materials has been provided.

3. Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds are generally not provided once:

• Enrollment is confirmed

• Access to learning materials or recordings is granted

• A live session has been attended (in full or part)

However, a refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by the user

• Program cancellation by CareersNMore without a suitable alternative

• Technical issues from our side that prevent access and cannot be resolved

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of CareersNMore.

4. Cancellation by CareersNMore

In the event that CareersNMore cancels or postpones a program:

• Users may be offered a rescheduled session, or

• Access to an alternative equivalent program, or

• A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

The final decision will rest with CareersNMore.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

​

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after enrollment

• Non-attendance or missed sessions

• Incompatibility with personal schedules

• Internet or device issues on the user’s end

• Failure to complete the program

6. Transfer & Substitution

​

• Program enrollments are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by CareersNMore.

• In exceptional cases, a one-time transfer to a future batch may be considered.

7. Certification & Completion

​​

• Certificates are issued only upon meeting program completion criteria.

• Failure to complete the program does not qualify for a refund.

8. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

​

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.

• Program name

• Payment details

• Reason for the request

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

 

9. Policy Changes

 

CareersNMore reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
