Over time, he progressed through multiple responsibilities across MIS, finance, administration, and regional operations—growing from MIS Executive to Regional MIS In-Charge, and later serving as Regional Accounts Manager handling broader strategic and operational functions.

Throughout his career, David has worked extensively on development, governance, and institutional projects associated with organizations such as the Ministry of Justice, UNDP, DFID, World Bank, The Netherlands, Christian Aid, and several government departments including Women & Child Welfare initiatives. His experience spans financial management, administrative leadership, project coordination, monitoring systems, training programs, and operational execution within large-scale public and social sector initiatives.

A significant part of his early professional journey was dedicated to social development and community empowerment initiatives. He actively contributed to programs focused on women and child welfare, domestic violence prevention, rapid response systems addressing atrocities against women, sensitization campaigns, and Training of Trainers (ToT) models. One of the notable milestones in his career was being part of the pioneering team that established and managed Andhra Pradesh’s first Thrift & Credit Society — an initiative aimed at promoting grassroots-level financial empowerment and community sustainability.

As his career evolved, David transitioned into independent consulting and freelancing, where he began supporting startups, organizations, and growing businesses in building operational systems, HR processes, administration frameworks, and business support functions from the ground up. This phase provided him with valuable hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, business scaling, operational problem-solving, and aligning strategy with execution in dynamic environments.

Today, through ventures such as AvidApps and ADDON India, he focuses on technology solutions, operational excellence, business support services, and process-driven organizational development.
